Food Forensics investigations are undertaken for reasons including consumer safety, industry liability and reputation, regulatory requirements, public relations and product perception. Institute of Research & Development, Gujarat Forensic Sciences University has taken an initiative to fulfill the current need of such technical expertise in the food sector of India. Extensive collaboration with the Food and Drug Department of Gujarat state, Food testing laboratories of international presence and excellent research facilities enable the Institute to shape the future of the enrolled students through real exposure of technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Science / Medicine / Chemical / Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks.

18 (15 for all categories + 3 NRI/NRI sponsored/Foreign students)

Rs. 50,000/- plus other University fees / Rs. 1,10,000/- /- (non-refundable) or equivalent to USD$ for NRI candidates and US$ 2500 for Foreign Students + other University admissible fees per semester (excluding bank charges) + Rs. 1200/-
